The City of Brazil is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility Payments online. This is a fee based service. A service fee of $3.45 will be applied to all credit/debit/paypal transactions. There’s a limit of $300.00 per credit card transaction. There is NO limit on e-checks/ACH. You will need to have an e-mail address to make payment. If you’d like a paper receipt, please let office know before finalizing payment.
If paying to reconnect service, you will need to contact office before service will be restored.
Request to restore service after 2:00 pm will be done the following business day.
If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
