This is a fee-based service. A service fee of 3.25% of the transaction amount with a $3.25 minimum will be applied to credit card payments and a fee of $1.00 will be applied to all one time payments made via electronic check (ACH/EFT). An additional fee of $0.95 will be applied to phone payments.

Auto debit is still at no cost if you sign up for AutoPay and pay with EFT (Check).
