The City of Oceanside is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility use bills online.

Please Note: Returned Bank Items will be charged a fee. Any returned items must be redeemed in cash, money order or credit card within two working days. Services may be terminated for nonpayment for any returned item and the account is subject to additional charges. Accounts with two returned in a twelve-month period are required to pay all bills by cash, credit card or money order.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
