Hello Deer Creek Customers, We have moved the Deer Creek customers into our larger customer service system. As part of this move, the customer portal has moved as well. If you already had a registered account on our portal, you will be able to login to our new portal with your existing email address and password. Additionally, your autopay, paperless, and pay by text registrations have been moved to your new portal account- no action is required on your end to stay enrolled. If you are trying to make a one time payment, or have not yet registered your account, you will need to register on our new portal. If you need your new account number (now an 8-digit number), please contact Customer Service at 830-312-4600 for assistance.
