Des Moines Water Works is committed to ensuring customers have a no-cost electronic payment method available. All electronic check (ACH) transactions, including automatic payments using E-checks, are free of charge.
All credit card payments, including recurring credit/debit card payments, have a $2.95 transaction fee.
The maximum transaction amount for a single credit card transaction is $500.
