View Bill Only – If you just want to view your bill, but do not want to pay online, select the PAY NOW button and follow the prompts. You will be able to view your bill without making a payment. There is NO CHARGE for just viewing your bill.

Register Your Account (optional) – To register your account, select the REGISTER NOW button and follow the prompts. Registering your account is optional, but you may want to consider the following benefits: 24/7 access to view all your invoices, current and up to a 24-month history; access to all the features of the payment portal; access to signing up for paperless billing; depending on the online payment option you select, you will not have to enter your information each time you pay your bill. There is NO CHARGE to register your account, view your bills and account history or to go paperless. Once you have registered, you need to validate your action by responding to the confirmation email that you receive; otherwise, the registration process will not be complete.

Pay by Check – View your bill online, then pay by check as you always have. There is NO CHARGE for just viewing your bill or receiving your bill by email (paperless).

Pay Using Your Bank or Credit Union’s Online System – You need to set up this payment feature yourself through your Bank or Credit Union, independent of the Invoice Cloud system. There is NO CHARGE for just viewing your bill or receiving your bill by email (paperless).

Pay Your Bill Online – If you want the convenience of viewing then paying your bill online, select either the PAY NOW button or the REGISTER NOW button and follow the prompts. You can pay your bill online by Credit Card, Debit Card Min $2.95 fee per transaction or 3.15% on total or by Draft against a Savings or Checking Account (ACH) flat fee of $2.95.If you choose you can also set those transactions up as Auto-Pay or Scheduled Payments at no additional charge.

Pay by Text – You can also pay your bill by text anytime, anywhere on your cell phone by receiving a text alert when your bill is ready. You will pay the standard $2.95 Transaction Fee for Draft against a Savings or Checking Account (ACH) or Credit Card, Debit Card Min $2.95 fee per transaction or 3.15% on total but no additional charge for paying by text.

Pay-by-Phone – If you do not have a computer, and want to take advantage of the Pay-by-Phone option, you can call  1-844-678-4544 and follow the prompts. There is an additional 75-cent charge for using this option $2.95 Transaction Fee for Draft against a Savings or Checking Account (ACH) or Credit Card, Debit Card Min $2.95 fee per transaction or 3.15% on total. Do not call the EAWSD Billing and Customer Service office to Pay-by-Phone, because it is not equipped to handle this type of transaction.
