Gallia County Rural Water Association is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water use bills online.

This is a fee based service. The fee for an e-check payment for a water bill is $1.95. The credit card fee for water bills is $1.95. Phone payments for any bill type are an additional $.95. The fee for an e-check payment for miscellaneous utility payments is $0.95. The credit card fee for miscellaneous utility payments is 2.95% with a minimum of $0.95.
