This is a fee-based service. A flat fee of $3.95 will be applied to all credit card, PayPal products and Venmo transactions. A fee of $0.95 will be applied to (non-reoccurring/one time) payments made via electronic check.

You may also make a payment by phone to your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service by dialing (844) 943-3981.  A fee of $4.90 fee per transaction will apply.


PLEASE NOTE: There will be no service fee applied to customers who are registered for AutoPay! This applies to ACH only. Reoccurring credit card payments will continue to pay the $3.95 fee and reoccurring ACH schedule payments will continue to pay the $0.95 fee.

 
There is a maximum amount of $400.00 for credit card transactions only. If you need to make a credit card payment greater than $400.00 you will need to process a second transaction or use the EFT/electronic check method.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
