Pay or View Bills

The City of Ironton Department of Public Utilities is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water bills online.

Do not use online payments if your water service has been shut off. This payment must be made in the billing office. If your service has been shut off, you must pay the entire bill in full, the disconnection fee, and the reconnection fee to get service restored.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are making an online payment to avoid shut off, we must receive the payment 2 working days before the shut off date to avoid disconnect.

In accordance with Section 4.2 Utility Shutoff: If charges for water service are not paid within fifteen (15) days after the due date thereof, such water service shall be discontinued. In addition to the 10% penalty, those disconnect and reconnect charges appearing in Section 2 shall be paid before water is reconnected. If a check used for payment following a shut-off notice is returned for insufficient funds, that service shall be shut-off immediately without further notice.

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of $4.05 will be applied to all credit/debit/paypal payments.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
