click hereThe Town of La Conner is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility bills.

SEPTIC CUSTOMERS CAN ONLY PAY USING ACH/E-CHECK.

This is a fee-based service.  A service fee of $2.95 will be applied to all credit card transactions and a service fee of $0.95 for e-check transactions made for Utility Payments. There is a maximum payment amount of $300 for credit card payments and a maximum payment amount of $125,000 for e-check utility payments.

Pay by Text – We are excited to offer our customers another way to pay their bills. Pay by Text customers can make payments anytime, anywhere on any cell phone! Plus, customers receive text alerts when their bill is ready. To learn more, click here,  or to learn how to register click here.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
