The City of Langley is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to pay Storm Water, Water and Sewer bills online. This is a fee based service. 

A convenience fee of $5.95 with a maximum transaction amount of $550.00 will be charged for all Credit and Debit Cards and $0.95 for all E-Check payments.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

Utility Bills are generated bi-monthly for a 2-month service period in odd-numbered months:

January; March; May; July; September and November.

Payment is due by the 10th of even-numbered months:

February; April; June; August; October and December.
