Clayton County Water Authority is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water use bills online.

Autopay will automatically pay invoices 10 days before their due date using your default payment method.

There is an $800 limit for credit card transactions and an $125,000 limit for EFT/ACH transactions.

To enter your account number in our new system, do not enter any leading zeros or dashes. For example, if your account number is 012345-04, your new account number is 1234504.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
