The City of New Carlisle is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility bills online.

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of $2.25 will be applied to all payments. The maximum payment allowed with a credit card is $100.00. If your bill is more than $100.00, you can make multiple payments.

NOTICE: IF THE BILL IS OVER THE CURRENT LIMIT OF $100.00, AUTO PAY WILL NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT.

Any payments received after 4:00 p.m. on the due date, will be posted for the next business day and late penalties will be posted the next business day.

If you have been disconnected and are paying online, you must contact the office at 937-845-9492 to verify before being connected.

If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
