The City of Rio Rancho is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Water and Wastewater Services online.

A service fee of $1.75 will be charged for online payments.

New invoice images will be available 2-3 days from the bill date.

*$400 is maximum limit on credit card payment in order to keep costs as low as possible. As an alternative, you can use Electronic Check (EFT)*

***URGENT NOTICE***Past due balances previously suspended due to COVID-19 pandemic will now be subject to late fees and possible disconnect on your next billing cycle. Please contact our office to setup payment arrangement and/or contact numbers for assistance agencies.
