The City of Washington is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online.

Please be aware that you must contact our office for reinstatement of services if your account is currently off or in a cutoff process. Payment on delinquent accounts may not prevent interruption of services without contacting our offices.

Payments made by Credit Card are subject to a $500 Max. This will impact accounts set on AutoPay and may require multiple transactions due to the Credit Card Max.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
