If service has been suspended due to non-payment, a reinstatement fee of $50.00 will apply. This fee will need to be paid, as well as everything that is past due. If fee is not paid, it will be included on your next invoice.

Please Note: A convenience fee of 2.95% with a $2.95 minimum will be included in all credit/debit card payments. No additional fee will be added to ACH/EFT payments. An additional fee of $0.50 will be included to all automated phone service payments.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
