The City of Bellevue OH is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills, utility fees, misc & city fees, cemetery fees, and police department payments online.


This is a fee-based service. The service fee for credit/debit card payments is 3.00% with a minimum fee per transaction of $2.50 for utility bills and utility fees, and a minimum fee per transaction of $0.95 for misc fees, city fees, cemetery fees, sewer surcharges and police department.

ACH/EFT (E-Check) service fee per transaction is $1.95 for utility bills and $1.50 for utility, misc & city fees, cemetery fees, sewer surcharges and police department.

There is an additional surcharge fee of $0.95 for IVR (automated phone) payments when paying your utility bills, by calling (844) 492-1433.
