The City of Fredericksburg is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their real estate, personal property tax and utility bills online.

**Note to customers: Please allow up to 3 business days for your payment to reflect on your account.**

This is a fee-based service. For Credit/Debit card payments, there is a 3.00% ($0.01 minimum) service fee based on the dollar amount. For ACH/EFT (e-check) payments, there is no fee. Please note that you will need the routing & account number located at the bottom of your check.

For First time Registration: Each applicable bill type requires registration.

You will need your Customer Number and  Account Number ( for water / sewer); Property ID and Customer ID ( for Personal Property Tax); Parcel ID ( for Real Estate Tax).

These can be found on your bill or by emailing [email protected].

  1. Click on the Bill Type Button:  Enter the required search information as noted above. Click Search Invoices.
  2. Select your current bill
  3. Click on Register Selected Invoices
  4. Your Acct Number will default in, you will add your email address and unique password
  5. Click Complete
  6. Repeat steps for each applicable bill type. Use the same email account and password for all bill types to link them to your account profile.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
