The City of Maumee is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility bills online. Also payments can be made for the Police Department (Not Tickets or Court Fees click here) Finance, Public Service, and Cemetery.

You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (888)-392-2439.

This is a fee based service. For credit card transactions, the service fee is 2.75% with a minimum of $3.00. For electronic check (EFT) transactions the service fee is $0.95 for your Utility payment and $1.95 for Police Department, Finance, Public Service, Cemetery and Bulk Water payments. For Utility payments by phone there is an additional fee of $0.95.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018.
