Service Fees Explained
This is a fee-based service. For water bills a $0.95 service fee will apply to all e-check transactions and a 2.95% service fee with a minimum of $3.55 will apply to all credit card transactions.

Please be aware that service fees are not refundable.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
