Late Payments and Returned Payment Fee


* If a utility bill is not paid in full by its due date, the City will apply a late payment penalty of 5% of the account balance. Late payment penalties will continue to be applied each quarterly billing until the entire balance is paid or certified to property taxes. The City will apply a $30 fee for any EFT/ACH returned payments (e.g., incorrect bank account number entry, insufficient funds, or closed account) where the bank cannot process the payment.


* Customers enrolled in automatic payments are responsible for keeping their payment information current.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
