The Greater Pottsville Area Sewer Authority is excited to offer customers an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills, pre-treatment fee, water turn-on fee, tap-in fee, pre-cert fee, attorney fee, lien fee, posting fee, and bad check fee online.

This is a fee based service. For credit card transactions, the service fee is 3.5% with a minimum of $2.95. For electronic check (ACH/EFT) transactions the service fee is $2.50. For payments by phone there is an additional fee of $0.95.
