Moore County NC is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their bills online.


This is a fee-based service.
A service fee of 2.75% of the transaction amount, with a $1.95 minimum, will be applied to all card payments. A fee of $1.50 will be applied to all electronic check (ACH/EFT) payments. Maximum payment amount is $125,000.

Pay by Phone: You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with Invoice Cloud’s automated phone service. An additional $.99 fee will be added to the service fee. Call (855) 451-2620.

Please note that these same fees will also apply to in-person electronic payments.


If you are a new owner, the bill(s) may be in the prior owner’s name and account# until the next billing cycle. If you have questions about outstanding bills due to transfer or prior year delinquency, please contact our office.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

If you are unable to process your payment for any reason, please contact Moore County Tax Department at (910) 947-2255. The Moore County Tax Department may have placed restrictions on certain delinquent accounts which would require payment to be made in the office.

When initially registering to pay online, taxpayers will need all their bills and accounts. You will then be given the option to link multiple accounts and parcels to one INVOICE CLOUD login.
