If you are a new owner, the bill(s) may be in the prior owner's name and account# until the next billing cycle. If you have questions about outstanding bills due to transfer or prior year delinquency, please contact our office using the phone number or email listing above.
This is a fee-based service. A service fee of 2.75% of the transaction amount, with a $1.95 minimum, will be applied to all card payments. A fee of $1.50 will be applied to all electronic check (ACH/EFT) payments. Maximum payment amount is $125,000.
Please note, the above fees will also apply to in-person card payments.
If you are unable to process your payment for any reason, please contact Moore County Tax Department at (910) 947-2255. The Moore County Tax Department may have placed restrictions on certain delinquent accounts which would require payment to be made in the office.
When initially registering to pay online, taxpayers will need all their bills and accounts. You will then be given the option to link multiple accounts and parcels to one INVOICE CLOUD login.
