New Hanover County, NC is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their real estate and personal property tax bills online.

You may also make a payment by phone (IVR) or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (877) 309-0878.

This is a fee-based service. For credit card transactions, the service fee is 2.85% with a minimum of $0.95. For electronic check (ACH/EFT) transactions the service fee is $0.95. For payments by phone there is an additional fee of $1.00.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
