Southwest Regional Water District is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water bills online.

Payments made by E-check are free. A service fee of $2.80 for credit card payments will be applied to the payment total. Effective February 18, 2023, the credit card fee will increase to $2.95 per transaction. The maximum payment allowed, per transaction, with a credit card is $400.00. If you wish to pay more than this amount, you may make multiple payments or make the entire payment via electronic check.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018.
