Spokane County is excited to offer our citizens an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Real Estate bills online or on a mobile device. This service provides you with a variety of payment option including: One Time Payments, AutoPay, Pay by Text, Scheduled Payments, and enrollment in our Paperless billing program.

Service Fees:

The Credit and Debit card fee is 2.65% with a minimum of $1.00.

The e-check fee is $0.45.

View Bills:

Statements can be viewed by either Registering or clicking "Pay Now". Both options allow you to search for your Parcel ID number. You can see the current amounts owed or view / print / save your current year tax statement. Payment is not required to view your statements.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
