The Town of Chandler is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility bills online.

All utility payments must be made under the "Pay Utility Bill" tab. All utility payments made under a different tab will NOT be applied towards your utility balance. Please call our office with questions regarding your online account or to make a utility payment

You may also make a payment by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (833) 556-0043.

This is a fee-based service. For credit card transactions, the service fee is 3.40% with a minimum of $2.25. For electronic check (ACH/EFT) transactions the service fee is $3.00. For payments by phone there is an additional fee of $0.75.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
