To sign up for a Utility Customer Service Account, please visit WaterSmart at https://hanoverparkil.watersmart.com/. Through WaterSmart, customers can enroll in autopay, subscribe to paperless billing, view invoices and payment history, and access hourly water usage data along with other helpful resources for managing water consumption.
This is a fee-based service. For credit, debit and PayPal Brands transactions, the service fee is 2.65% with a minimum of $1.00. For payments by phone there is an additional fee of $1.00.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
