Beginning with utility bills for any period starting on or after January 1, 2025 there will be an increase in your water, sewer and water use and consumption tax rates (see Ordinances 24-21-75, 24-21-76 and 24-21-82). These rate increases reflect the cost of providing potable Lake Michigan water and will address several capital improvement updates.
