Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water and sewer bills online.

You may also make a payment by phone (IVR) or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service. Call (844) 750-0001.

This is a fee-based service. A $2.95 service fee will apply to all online and IVR transactions. There is a transaction limit of $500 for Credit Card transaction and $125,000 for ACH transactions.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
