Adams County Regional Water District is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their water bills online. This is a fee-based service. A service fee of $3.45 will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions. The maximum payment amount per transaction for credit/debit card payments is $200.00. Good news! You now have the option to pay a lower fee. A service fee of $0.95 will be applied to all EFT/ACH transactions. The maximum payment amount per transaction for EFT/ACH payments is $125,000. Disconnected services will be restored after the delinquent balance is paid and a $100 reconnection fee is paid with cash in the office. Payment must be received by 2:30 p.m. Any reconnection payments after 2:30 p.m. will be reconnected the next business day.
There will be a service fee of $40.00 for a returned/rejected check or bounce back charges for credit cards.

If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
