This is a fee-based service. The Credit Card, PayPal products, and Venmo fee for Water/Sewer payments is $2.95. The Credit Card, PayPal products & Venmo fee for all other transactions is 2.95% of your total payment amount, with a minimum fee of $1.95. All payments processed via E-Check are charged a fee of $.95.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

Please be advised that the Invoice Cloud utility payment portal will undergo maintenance on October 28th.  During this period, the portal will be suspended to make important changes related to the City?s integration with its new utility billing software.  The City will not be able to accept electronic payments through the portal during this maintenance window.  However, cash and check payments will still be accepted at City Hall.  This downtime is expected to last several hours at a minimum but could continue through October 29th.  Thank you for your patience during this important scheduled maintenance.
