A convenience fee of $3.45 with a maximum transaction amount of $300.00 will be charged for all credit/debit card payments. Payments greater than the maximum transaction amount must be processed separately and will incur an additional $3.45 convenience fee. A convenience fee of $2.95 with no maximum transaction amount will be charged for electronic check payments (ACH/EFT). A $25.00 fee will be charged for incorrect Banking Account information and/or insufficient funds.
If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
