Pay or View Bills

The City of Bentonville is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their electric, water, sewer and trash service bills online. 

Payments after 8:00 a.m. on the day of disconnection may not prevent service loss. If disconnection takes place, additional fees paid through a representative will be required to reconnect service. For more information, please call 479-271-3100.

Balance Forward/Past Due amounts may be subject to disconnection prior to the current invoice due date.

Note: Automatic Bank Draft is separate from AutoPay and will not display on Invoice Cloud. Please contact us to add or cancel the bank draft option.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
