The City of Black Diamond is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility Bills, Police Fees and Traffic School, Permit Center Payments online.

For One-Time Payment of Utility Bills,please click the Utility
 link on the left of the screen to search for your invoice and process a one-time payment for your Utility bill. 

For 
Utility Bills, there is a third party fee of 2.95% of the total transaction with a minimum of $3.95 fee 
with a maximum transaction amount of $400.00 that will be charged for all credit card transactions or a $0.95 flat fee for ACH/EFT (Automated Clearing House/Electronic Funds Transfer) payments.

For Permit Center Payments
there is a third party fee of 
2.95% of the total transaction with a minimum of $3.95 fee that will be automatically applied to all credit card transactions or a $0.95 fee for ACH/EFT (Automated Clearing House/Electronic Funds Transfer) payments.

For Police Fees and Traffic School, there is a third party fee of 3.00% of the total transaction with a minimum of $1.95 fee that will be automatically applied to all credit card transactions or a $0.95 fee for ACH/EFT 
(Automated Clearing House/Electronic Funds Transfer) payments.
