City of Buffalo is excited to offer residents & customers an easy and convenient method to view and pay Utility Bills & Miscellaneous Payments online.

You may also pay your utility bill by phone or check your account balance 24/7 with our automated phone service by dialing (763) 298-9270.

For EFT/ACH (e-check) payments, there is no fee (please note that you will need the routing and account numbers located at the bottom of your check). For credit card payments, there is a 2.75% ($2.95 minimum) service fee based on the dollar amount.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
