The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utility Authority is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Utility bills online.

Effective 4/2/2023 Credit / Debit service fees will increase to $4.50

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of $3.95 will be applied to all credit card payments. There is no service fee for electronic check payments (ACH/EFT).

Please Note - Credit card payments have a limit of $250.00 per transaction.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018.
