Please Note: If you are making an online payment for a previous balance to avoid shut off, that payment must be received 2 working days before the cutoff date specified on the delinquent notice to allow time for the payment to post. If you do not allow 2 working days, the payment will not prevent the shutoff.
Do NOT use online payment if your water service has been shut off. The payment MUST be made at the billing office by 1:30 in order to have the service restored the same day between 1:30 – 3:30. An adult must be present to restore the water service.
If you are having trouble accessing the payment portal, this may be due to the browser you are using and your computer’s operating system. To maintain compliance with security standards, our payment provider (Invoice Cloud) no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser when running on Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista operating systems. We strongly encourage you to choose a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox) or upgrade your computer’s operating system to the latest Windows version.
Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
