The City of Boston offers constituents easy and convenient options for making online payments through a third-party service provider. The third-party service provider may assess a service fee for processing these payments.

Payments made by electronic check/ACH are not subject to a service fee. However, payments made by debit or credit card will be assessed a non-refundable service fee of 2.65% of the total payment amount ($1.00 minimum).

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
