Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.

Please Note: For customers who proceed with making a payment, this is a fee-based service.
For Utility Payments:
Customers who register for AutoPay using their bank account (not debit/credit card) are NOT charged a fee. 
A service fee of $3.95 will be applied to all credit card, PayPal products and Venmo payments and a fee of $2.50 will be applied to all payments made via electronic check. For IVR payments, there is an additional $0.75 surcharge. The maximum payment allowed, per transaction for one-time or recurring payments, with a credit/debit card is $500.00. The maximum payment allowed when using a credit/debit card for customers who have auto-pay is $600.00. If you wish to pay more than this amount, you may make multiple payments or make the entire payment via electronic check.
