The City of Clarksville Gas & Water Department is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Water and Natural Gas bills online.

IMPORTANT! Beginning February 1, 2024, an electronic payment provider fee will be applied to credit and debit card payments for Gas & Water utility charges.  Credit and debit card payments made in our office, with a Customer Service Representative or at a kiosk, the fee is 2% of the amount of the payment.  If paid online or by the automated phone system, the fee is 3% of the payment amount or $1.75 minimum.  There is still NO FEE to pay by cash, check or money order.

Please note, credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo payments are non-refundable.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
