InvoiceCloud Service Fee Update
Effective February 3, 2026
Beginning February 3, 2026, existing InvoiceCloud service fees for Credit/Debit Card and ACH (EFT) payments will change.
Service Fees
· Credit/Debit Card: $3.07 per transaction
Maximum payment amount: $700 per transaction
· ACH (EFT): $3.07 per transaction
Credit card payments over $700 may be completed using multiple transactions or an alternative payment method.
To avoid service fees, the City of Clearwater offers free payment options, including:
· Direct Debit enrollment
· Payment by mail
· Cash payment at the 24/7 self-service kiosk located at the Clearwater Municipal Services Building
