DEBIT & CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE:
A 2.5% convenience fee of the total bill applies to payments made by debit or credit card. To avoid this fee, you may enroll in Auto Pay using ACH (bank routing and account number required)
METER SHUT OFF:
If your meter is shut off please click on "Pay My Bill" to pay the outstanding balance. Then, click on the "After-Hours" unlock button to pay the fee. Both payments are necessary in order to unlock the meter after normal business hours.
