The City of Columbiana is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Water, Sewer and Electric use bills online.

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of $3.95 will be applied to Utility transactions for credit cards and EFT/ACH payments.

The City of Columbiana has temporarily waived ACH/EFT and Credit Card fees due to COVID-19

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
