NOTICE OF HOURS CHANGE: Beginning January 2, 2026, in-person windows at City Hall East will close at 12PM on Friday. Telephone hours will remain open through 5PM. Self-service, kiosk, drop box & remote payment locations are always available 24/7.

PREPAID ACCOUNT HOLDERS: The online bill pay system does not reflect your daily usage charges. To see your current account balance and activity information, please visit www.myusage.com or access your account via the MyUsage app.
