Utilities Bill
This is an easy and convenient method to view and pay your utility bills online. Registering to use this site will allow you to add or change your AutoPay and Paperless billing. 
Registering will also allow you to save your payment information for future use.

Arts Festival
These payments are easy to make and free if you use a checking account to process them.
Do not make a payment here before getting your vendor application approved.

Income Tax
This is also an easy method to process payments to Income Tax. Very little information is required to send the city these payments.

Other Payments
Payments using this link will be processed according to the selection made.  These payments include Meeting Space Rentals, Police and Fire activities, Public Record Requests, and Sidewalk Assessments.


This is a fee-based service. A 2.95% service fee with a minimum of $2.95 will apply to all credit card, PayPal, and Venmo transactions. An additional $0.95 fee will be applied to any payments made by phone. All electronic check payments are at no charge with the exception of IVR payments which will include the $0.95 fee.
