CONVENIENCE FEES:

Credit Card: Flat rate for all invoices is $3.95
E-Check: Flat rate for all invoices is $2.95
Automated Phone Payment Line (IVR): Additional $1.00 on top of other fees

PAYMENT CAP:

Credit Card: $300 maximum charge, not including any additional service fees
E-Check: $125,000 maximum charge, not including any additional service fees

OTHER FEES:

Please note that a failure of an E-Check payment or Credit Card Chargeback will be assessed a fee of $35.
