The Town of Falmouth is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their real estate, personal property, motor vehicle excise tax bills and water/sewer bills online.

This is a fee-based service. A service fee of 2.99% for RE, PP, MV, and Boat excise taxes and water/sewer payments will be applied to credit/debit card transactions, with a minimum service fee of $2.95. A service fee of $.40 will be applied to ACH/EFT payments. Phone payments for any bill type are an additional $.95.

There is a service fee of $2.95 for credit/debit cards and $.95 for ACH/EFT payments for Smoke and CO Detector Inspections and Dumpster Permits.

Building Permits - including electrical, gas, plumbing - A service fee of 2.99% for credit/debit card transactions, with a minimum service fee of $2.95. A service fee of $1.95 will be applied to ACH/EFT payments.
