The Town of Foxborough is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their real estate, motor vehicle, personal property, water and sewer use bills online.


This is a fee-based service.  A service fee of 2.99% with a minimum of $2.95 will be applied to all debit and credit card payments and a $.40 fee for all ACH/e-check payments.

Pay by Text – We are excited to offer our customers another way to pay their bills. Pay by Text customers can make payments anytime, anywhere on any cell phone! Plus, customers receive text alerts when their bill is ready.
