The City of Gold Hill is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online. For added convenience, paperless billing, AutoPay and Pay by Text are available.

Payments can also be made online for Utility Deposits, Business License, Transient Lodging Tax and Zoning Clearance/Building Permit under the Miscellaneous Receivables box. Please note, applicable forms must be submitted to [email protected] prior to completing the transaction online.

**New City Policy Update: This is a fee-based service. For credit/debit transactions, the service fee is 3.25% with a minimum of $3.00. For electronic check (ACH/EFT) transactions the service fee is $1.95.

Important: To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, Invoice Cloud will disable access for Internet browsers which do not support Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.1 and 1.2 beginning April 4, 2018. To continue using online payments, customers must access the service with a compatible browser after that date. If your operating system is Windows XP or Vista, the Internet Explorer browser is no longer compatible with TLS 1.1 or 1.2. Both Firefox and Chrome are compatible browsers.
